I think it's the A-Squad rangers were the best because the were the only rangers who were truly evil.

Lord zeds shadow rangers and the psycho rangers were some of the evil rangers that came to mind and Kat before she became the pink ranger in season three. above all Tommy as the evil green ranger was there ever a purple ranger or she made up?

I think the psycho rabgers on PRIS were very evil but the most one of all was the Pink Psycho Ranger

Definitely Tommy as the green ranger. the psycho rangers were pretty wicked though, but he was the original bad ranger and they weren't really rangers
